Andi

President

Andi graduated from Lancaster General School of Nursing and from Lebanon Valley College with an MBA. Andi recently retired after a 40+ year career in nursing where she held various positions at the bedside and in administration at Lancaster General Hospital. I was born and raised in Mount Joy and graduated from Donegal High School. My parents and grandparents lived in Mount Joy. I have a passion for those who are under resourced and am actively pursuing ways for our community to help our neighbors investigate their circumstances and change their lives.

Christina

Vice President

Christina is a doctoral candidate at Millersville University and licensed social worker. Her research has focused on building the social capital of homeless youth. She has been employed as the school social worker for the Donegal School District since 2013, and is also an adjunct professor at Lancaster Bible College in the Counseling and Social Work Department. Christina was previously a Foster Care Specialist for the Bair Foundation as well as a School Based Therapist for TW Ponessa and Associates. She is currently the board president for the Pennsylvania Association of School Social Work Personnel, and vice president of Friends of Donegal. Christina is not only an employee of the Donegal School District, but she is also a member of the Donegal community, where she lives with her husband and two children.

Treasurer

Jessica Tyson enjoys spending time with her husband, six children and grandson. As someone who experienced poverty and homelessness firsthand, she has a passion for serving youth and their families in the Donegal Community.

Secretary

Stacy is a Mount Joy native. She has volunteered in the community with many organizations and is eager to bring her experience to the Friends of Donegal.

Derek

Derek is a lifelong resident of Mount Joy, PA. He is the Network/Systems Administrator at Donegal School District, where his wife works as a teacher and two children have attended. The community that makes up Donegal is a large part of who Derek is, so he is motivated to give back.

Tom

Tom Weber is a 1979 graduate of Donegal High school. He is married to Sandy, also a 1979 graduate of Donegal. Presently he serves as the lead pastor for the Florin COB in Mount Joy. He is involved in the Helping hands ministry of Mount Joy, and serves as a Chaplain for the fire company. "I am always in awe of the Donegal community and how it responds to people in need, we are a very blessed community."

Jen

Jen, MHA, BA, has served as the Director of the Office for Lanc Co MyHome, the Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition for the last 7 years. Prior to that, she led the Homelessness Coalition as the Deputy Director of Administration for the County of Lancaster's Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. Her 27 years of community service experience in Lancaster County government, non-profit, and health system organizations, has provided her with a unique perspective on delivering services successfully within the community. She has been recognized at the White House for transforming homelessness systems in Lancaster County and is the recipient of the 2020 Isaiah 61 Restorer of the City award. In 2018 she was appointed to the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency board by Governor Tom Wolf where she still currently serves. She is a founding board member of the Friends of Donegal and recently elected to the board of Lancaster-Lebanon Habitat for Humanity board.
